Dr. Bernstein D.D.S.
Dr Bernstein received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cornell University, completing his training in Biology with a focus in Neurobiology. He obtained his dental degree from Columbia University, where he was initially introduced to implant dentistry. Dr Bernstein furthered his knowledge of Implantology during his time at the University of Michigan, where he completed specialty training in Periodontics. Dr Bernstein also has attended the Misch International Implant Institute. Dr. Bernstein maintains a private practice in Swampscott and Framingham Massachusetts where he provides surgical periodontal and dental implant therapies.
Dr. Bernstein focuses his dental implant practice on implant site development for ideal dental implant placement. Treatment begins with advanced diagnostics, including computer aided CT imaging. Dr. Bernstein has expertise in correction of hard and soft tissue defects, utilizing a variety of techniques. The development of correct hard and soft tissue profiles provides Dr. Bernstein the opportunity to achieve functional and esthetic success for his patients.
Dr Bernstein is a member of the American Academy of Periodontics and the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society and several local dental organizations. Dr. Bernstein has the distinction of being a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Bernstein also holds a license to practice intravenous sedation dentistry. He has also lectured both to the dental and medical communities on the interactions of oral and systemic health and the potentials of implant dentistry.
